Buster comes from a breeder in Northern Virginia.  Buster is a "regular" at the dog park and loves to "talk" to other dogs to get them to play!!  Buster is friendly, pops up anywhere, anytime, likes to play with his friends, greets newcomers, and always obeys mom (well: most of the time)!   Just LOOK at that innocent face -- those eyes...!  <grin>
