Copper came to us from the Black Ice Kennels in Provo, Utah.
Copper is being trained as a driving (sled) dog. She got her first pulling harness when she was four months old. She has been pulling her owners on a bicycle along trails by the American River for over a year. She has attended two dog driving clinics in Truckee sponsored by the Sierra Nevada Dog Drivers Group. At the clinics she got to run with a team of 8 other sled dogs. She also learned to pull a scooter.
When not pulling bicycles and scooters, Copper loves to run at the Fair Oaks Dog Park and see all her people and dog friends.
