Jaba has a problem with his spinal chord. He doesn't get enough fluid to his hind area so he drags his feet. He's not in pain and is a tough little guy. He's one of the smallest, cutest pugs you'll ever meet, and you'll usually find him sitting like a person on his owners' lap (or looking for food).
