Lucy, named in honor of the late Lucille Ball, was born in Idaho, raised in Washington, and transplanted to California. Lucy is a Labrador/Whippet/Border Collie cross, which explains her love of tennis balls, and being a couch potato. Lucy turned seven this year but most think she's still a puppy. You will usually find Lucy running around the park with her sidekick Chunkie or playing in the wading pool.
