Mr. Bigglesworth (Biggs or Mr. B) is a 5-8 yr. old Shar Pei who came to us from the Roseville SPCA in April 2005, after being lovingly cared for there for over 6 months (he was waiting for us).

He has a careworn face that only a mother could love and that makes people smile.  He is a very gentle and tolerant dog with a stubborn streak who has had his share of misfortune, and has a multitude of scars to prove it.

His favorite place to come was to the Dog Park, where he loved to bark at his pals.  If we drove down Sunset without stopping, he would make Wookie moans, telling us that we've missed the park!  He also loved his 40 minute morning walks and going to work with me every day.

We lost our Mr. Biggs today.   He had a tumor behind his liver - not operable.  We decided rather than put him through any more, to let him go peacefully while he was under. 

It is very hard for us, especially me, since he was with me so much.  He will be missed so much - which is a pretty good testament being that he was only in our lives for under 5 months. 

We at least got him out of the SPCA and into our home - he was very happy with us and vice versa.
