Phoenix Dog Park started out as an idea circa. 2000.  Became a test case in the outfield of a Little League baseball field for 3 years, and became reality in October of 2006 when our permanent facility was opened.

Phoenix Dog Park would not be one of the best off-leash dog parks in Sacramento County if it wasn't for all of the help of the various pet owners who have invested so much of their time, money, and labor.  Listed below are some of the improvement projects completed by YOU in partnership with the Fair Oaks Recreation and Park District.

September - Benches and Shade Structures.

April 2007 - Drain Improvements

October 2007 - Paver Installation
