During the rainy season, the dog park may be closed without notice, to protect the turf from excessive damage. You may call 916-966-1011 (ext. 23) for a recorded message about the status of the dog park or link to the Park District's FIELD CLOSURE UPDATES or SIGN UP FOR E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS.

Bio:

Sadie came to our family about a year ago. We visited the County Shelter on Bradshaw looking for a family dog, and Sadie had been picked up the day before.

She "caught" us with her eyes and her kind face, and we adopted her the morning she became available.

You will find Sadie in the area of the dog park where the smaller dogs hang out (Area 2) as she loves to play with the "small" dogs. She supervises their play and will start barking if she thinks it's getting too rough.

She loves food, running, food, hunting, children -- did I mention she loves food?!
