Teach your dog...

Dog Training Articles

There are many, many different tips, tricks and techniques for training dogs and for dealing with “problem behaviors” such as excessive barking, jumping up on people, and so forth.

There is no magic answer, no single way to deal with  every dog, for they are as much individuals as we are: what works for Fido might not work for Spot, and vice versa.

Each month, we will highlight some articles written by a variety of veterinarians and trainers who have probably found success with these techniques.  There are differences, but we’ve read through these articles and each approach at least seems to be humane.  You may have to try more than one approach.

FORDOG doesn’t claim to have the answer either, but we hope that the information here will be helpful to you.
