Phoenix Dog Park Description, Location and Amenities


Dog Park Description
Size:
About 80,000 Square Feet +/- (Just under 2 Acres)
Location:
In the southwest corner of the park formerly occupied by the Jim David T-Ball fields.
Features:
  1. Drainage System for Winter Rains
  2. Three Fenced Areas:
    A.  Small dog/puppy area; and
    B.   Large Dog area divided by a gated fence to provide:
    C.   Space for less sociable, shy, or medium to small dogs as circumstances dictate.
  3. Two large entrances separated by a fence to reduce confrontation and make entering/exiting easier and faster.
  4. Two concrete pads away from the entrance areas (with water and drainage) for wading pools during the summer.
  5. Shade Structures and Benches.
  6. Wash off area outside of main facility.
  7. Restrooms nearby.
